Are you our next Team Member?
We are currently seeking a Loadout Bulk Loading Operator at our Belle Plaine, SK location. The successful candidate will be required to safely load train cars, safely move train cars with the Car Haul System, and reclaim product out of the storage warehouses with a front end loader. Required to do monthly safety audits and attend monthly safety meetings. Required to do area checks and routines for preventative maintenance and to find equipment deficiencies.

What will you be working on?
* Ensure the safe and efficient loading of train cars.
* Reclaiming product with front end loader in storage warehouses.
* Safely move train cars with Car Haul System.
* Filling out checklists, area routines, and shuttle wagon operation.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

What is required for this role?
* High school diploma/GED.
* Competency, demonstrate knowledge and leadership in loadout area.
* Must be able to troubleshoot problems if they occur.
* Responsible to keep loadout area clean.
* Loader operator skills an asset.
* Experience with basic computer skills.
* Mechanically inclined, superior communication skills, extremely organized, and works well in a team environment.
