Description

STG Fleet Services, a member of Siemens Transportation Group Inc., requires Trailer Technicians at their Saskatoon, SK location.

STG Fleet Services is a full maintenance fleet service provider supporting the vehicle assets of the 8 different divisions within Siemens Transportation Services Inc., which operate throughout North America. The STG Fleet Maintenance Team is committed to keeping the equipment active and executing the Companys promise to deliver on time, every time.

There are two (2) day positions and two (2) night positions available. Hours for these positions are:
- Day Positions: 7:00am  5:30pm
- Night Positions: Monday to Thursday, 5:30pm  4:00am

Responsibilities
- Major and minor equipment repairs on reefers and heaters
- Must be able to perform thorough safety inspections
- Installations

Qualifications
- Reefer and Heater experience with Thermo and Carrier
- Second year Heavy Duty/Truck & Transport/Automotive Apprentice or Red Seal certified Trailer Technician
- Must have your own basic mechanics tool set
- Basic welding and fabrication (preferred but not mandatory)
- Ability to think and work independently
- Capable of using diagnostic tools
- Experience in the trailer trade
