Vale Industries at Indian Head, SK., (http://valeindustries.ca/) develops and manufactures equipment for agriculture, aggregate, mining and related industries.  Our growth plans require a assembly foreman for our production team.

What you will be responsible for:
-Safety, quality ,delivery and cost of a 5-10 man assembly crew
-Help design processes to eliminate waste in our production line and help gain efficiencies
-Insure performance & quality of Vale products within their respective industries  
-Trouble-shooting design-related issues that arise throughout the manufacturing process

-You have good people skills and the ability to coach and mentor people
-You have good knowledge with the lean manufacturing processes (one piece flow)
-You are mechanically inclined and have good knowledge of tools and there capabilities
-You have an intuitive technical/mechanical understanding of machines
