Description

Competencies:
(1)    Bachelors Degree in Computer Science from a recognized University and 5 years of experience in a Programmer Analyst role.
(2)    Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, methodology development, and data modeling.
(3)    Proficient in programming/scripting languages and frameworks (e.g. JSON, AJAX, C#, C/C++, Perl, PHP, Java, or similar).
(4)    In depth knowledge of MS SQL and database structures and design.
(5)    Experience managing data for use in reporting software, spreadsheets, graphs, and flowcharts.
(6)    Experience overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products.
(7)    Experience in multi-vendor client/server infrastructure.
(8)    Working knowledge of desktop and server operating systems (e.g. UNIX, Mac, Windows, Linux).
(9)    Working knowledge of Virtual server and desktop infrastructure.
(10)    Familiarity with GIS/GPS technologies would be considered an asset.
(11)    Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS, and mobile development would be considered an asset.
(12)    Strong customer service and communication skills, both oral and written in technical and non-technical formats.
