Employed at the Residence of Mrs. Del Mundo, Located near the intersection of Bocychuk Dr. And Taylor St East, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, We are looking for full time caregiver to care for a single child.
Caregiver is to assume responsibilities such as organizing recreational activities, crafts, and monitoring and providing meals in absence of parents. Promoting personal hygiene, learning opportunities and social development will be expected. Caregiver may be responsible to accompany child to appointments and activities outside the home when warranted.
Meal preparation, laundry and light housekeeping duties/chores within reasonable expectations is required.
Wage is $12.22/hr, 40 hours /week Overtime will be at a rate at 1.5 times of regular wage for hours worked over 44 hours/week. There will be some flexibility with start and end times depending on parents schedule.
Completion of secondary school and/or training program in childcare would be considered an asset. This position is given preference to Canadians, new immigrant, aboriginals, youth, older workers and people with disabilities.
