Lloydminster & District Co-op is a diversified, co-operative Canadian retailer based in the Border City of Lloydminster, AB/SK. With annual sales of over $140 Million, we operate four divisions: Food, Agriculture, Petroleum, and Propane. We've been in business for over 100 years and we're looking to hire an experienced Vice President for the Agriculture Division.

Reporting to the CEO, the VP of Agriculture is a key member of the executive management team.  The VP Agriculture has overall responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all agricultural operational activities.  This includes providing leadership and coaching to all Ag Division team members, analyzing markets, specifying product/market requirements, branding, developing market messaging and sales strategy, inventory, management, building key partnerships, developing multi-channel marketing programs, facility maintenance, and fostering economic development in all agricultural offerings.

Education and/or Experience:
A diploma or degree in Agriculture or Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) accreditation, would be considered an asset.  
8-10 years of progressive experience in Agriculture Retail; preferably at a leadership level.
