Description

On behalf of our customer, we are looking for a Support Specialist. This is a 6 month contract with the potential to go full time. As the successful candidate, you will have a technical background in either Aviation, Agriculture, or Construction.  

This position will allow you to be the source of expertise for the client.  You will be providing remote diagnostic and troubleshooting support services to the staff on installation, setup, and operation of agricultural equipment.  You will be dealing with questions and issues via phone or email.  You may not have the answer to every question but must be quick on your feet to meet the challenge of finding the right answer.

Qualified candidates will have the following:

- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Engineering, or Business

- 3-5 years hands on experience with troubleshooting or hands-on repair

- Customer service skills - in-person, on the phone, or via email

- Strong computer skills
