The Office Administration Instructor is responsible for providing instruction in all aspects of the Office Administration program.  Courses include, but are not limited to: Accounting, Business Communications, Interpersonal Communications, Keyboarding, Word Processing, Office Procedures, Spreadsheet Applications, Computer Suite Applications, and Personal Management.  Additional responsibilities include: classroom management, taking attendance and submitting it to on a regular basis, monitoring student progress and submitting reports on a regular basis, setting up and monitoring work placements and other duties as assigned.

The minimal qualifications for this position are: a Bachelor of Education Degree, with an Office Education Certificate; minimum of two years of experience in an office environment and strong communication and interpersonal skills. A relevant combination of education and experience may be considered.
