Description

Salesforce Technical Development Representative

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic, technologically savvy individual with a passion for learning to join their team as a Salesforce Technical Development Representative in Lloydminster, SK for a one year contract position with a wage of $26/hr. The ideal candidate will have superior customer service skills and a knack for problem solving.

This is a unique opportunity to receive comprehensive training on how to use a popular cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform and use that knowledge to help internal stakeholders use the platform efficiently and effectively.

Core Responsibilities:
Assist personnel with troubleshooting issues related to Salesforce and vendor time tracking.
Coordinate with Salesforce to develop new features and fixes to issues experienced; this includes providing information to Salesforce and testing new features in Sandbox environment
Train Husky personnel on how to use new developments and features of Salesforce
Create and send communications to personnel regarding updates and changes to Salesforce
Pull various reports from Salesforce for audit and performance tracking purposes
Provide support to the SAP Data team, RFO team, and AIM team

MUST HAVE Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in a customer service or administrative support capacity
Previous experience in the oil and gas industry
Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Suite and Previous experience using digital database
Strong written and verbal communication skills

NICE to HAVE Qualifications:
Previous exposure to Heavy Oil and Gas
