L&L Oilfield Construction in Lloydminster is currently hiring an Administrative Assistant with experience.

This high paced position will assist with a variety of duties related to planning and coordinating activities within the Safety and Administration departments. In this position you will be the key person responsible for reporting, tracking and maintaining safety standards and compliance.
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Support management and others as required
- Arrange, plan, and organize appointments and meetings
- Provide technical support to crews and office staff
- Anticipate the needs of management and crews as it relates to safety and administration.
- Ensure the Safety Department processes and procedures are administered and maintained.
- Build and maintain cooperative working relationships with a variety of individuals at all levels.
- Process, organize and compile reports, memos and correspondence.
- Competent in the use of computers and Microsoft applications
- Experience with FileMaker and Sales Force would be considered an asset.
This role requires someone with strong organizational and time management skills with proven ability to work in a fast paced environment and multi-task, prioritize, and adapt easily to shifting and/or conflicting deadlines and priorities. The ability to focus and stay on task with many distractions is a must.
This is a permanent, full-time position. Hours will be 7am-3pm, Monday Friday.
