Employment Terms: Full-time Permanent
Salary: $12.00/hour for 44 hours per week. Some overtime is necessary.
Education: Completion of secondary school or equivalent.
Experience: Previous child-care experience is an asset but not required
Work setting & Location: In a private home located in Meadow Lake, SK

Duties and Responsibilities:
Assume full responsibility for household in the absence of parents
Supervise & care for children at all times
Plan, prepare and serve nutritious meals for children.
Feed the infant.
Attend to the personal cleanliness of every child. Provide personal hygiene.
Change diaper and assist with potty training for the infant.
Read to children and help with homework
Organize educational activities games, reading and outings for children to provide amusement and exercise
Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parent
Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
Shop for food and household supplies
Travel with family on trips
Perform other related duties as required
