Job Description:
Responsible to effectively sell technology services products, supports sales floor activities. Install, configure, upgrade, troubleshoot and repair computer hardware and operating systems. Establish and maintain sales and service experience by assigning the highest priority to customer satisfaction and demonstrates quality in every aspect of work.
Knowledge/Skills:
Knowledge in computer troubleshooting and selling.
Performing service upgrades to all computers
Strong selling ability
Product recommendations
Effective communication with Customers and resolve customer concerns
Plan organize and priorities effectively
Work as part of a team and independently as required
Work flexible schedule
Experience:
3 to 6months of previous related experience is preferred
Technical system diagnostic and upgrade/repair experience is preferred
Education:
Working towards of successful completion of high school is preferred
