Description

Crestline Coach Ltd. is seeking a professional, organized, self-motivated individual to add to our Supply Chain Management team.

Key activities of this role include:
Analysis, Sourcing and Negotiations
    Conduct analysis of companys current supply-chain and the market
    Lead the effort to identify and qualify suitable suppliers
    Develop sourcing strategies
    Negotiate with suppliers for products and services
Performance/Support
    Maintain communication with suppliers
    Develop and manage performance measures (Scorecards) for suppliers
    Collaborate with various departments to develop programs to ensure optimum inventory levels
    Monitor purchasing operations, including MRP and Kanban methods
    Maintain database/documentation of supplier contracts/ agreements
    Lead efforts to implement the process (cross functional) for sourcing new/alternative materials and services
Logistics and Transportation
    Negotiate and manage logistics and transportation suppliers, including customers and brokerage
    Develop and monitor logistic processes and metrics
Reporting/Communication
    Establish and maintain regular written and verbal communication regarding materials, consumables and supplies used in production
    Collect, analyze, report, display data and information for agreed to metrics
The successful candidates will have:
    Supply Chain education, Certification with SCMP, or other post- secondary in purchasing management principles  
    8+ years purchasing experience, including department/supplier management, inventory management
    Knowledge of Canadian Customs
    Experience working with SAP business applications
    Experience implementing Lean Principles is an asset
