Description

SUMMARY:
The ability to assess customer needs and make appropriate recommendations in a comfortable and friendly manner will be essential. A successful applicant must be able to multitask and be motivated to become proficient in the procedures and practices of the business. Attention to detail is a must. The position requires print production, the operation of finishing machines and ability in graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign). The operation of courier software and managing the associated paperwork is part of daily duties. Staff will be handling pos system transactions and incoming courier and post if some circumstances occurred.  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Deliver exceptional customer service through customer engagement and quality product delivery.
Be knowledgeable of products and services offered and properly promote them to customers.
Consult with clients to establish the overall look, graphic elements and content of communications materials in order to meet their needs.
Receive and prepare documents for printing.
Estimate cost of materials and time to complete graphic design.
Consult with clients to determine the nature and content of illustrations in order to meet their communications needs.
Develop and produce realistic or representational sketches and final illustrations, by hand or using computer-assisted design (CAD) software, for printed materials such as books, magazines, packaging, greeting cards and stationery.
Assist in developing storyboards for electronic productions such as multimedia, interactive and digital products and television advertising and productions
General housekeeping duties.
