Specific Skills:
- Organize and co-ordinate planting, cultivating and crop harvesting activities;
- Raising and breeding of livestock;
- Purchase machinery, livestock, seed, feed and other supplies;
- Manage overall operation of farm
- Maintain farm machinery, equipment and buildings,
- Determine the amount and kinds of crops to be grown and livestock to be raised;
- Perform general farm duties,
- Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers
Education:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience:
- 3 years to less than 5 years
Languages: Workplace Language is English
