Description

THE OPPORTUNITY :
New Wave Energy Services is looking for a Site Supervisor, based in SE Sask who will be responsible to support and enhance customer service and satisfaction, in conjunction with our existing operations and sales group. The Site Supervisor will also be actively involved in growing New Waves customer base in SE Sask.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes and acting in a safe manner at all times
Oversee all site crews, including site foreman, operators and laborers during the set-up and tear-down of our modular tanks
Work with the on-site customer representative to ensure client satisfaction
Hold start-up and orientation meetings with contractors and workers
Coordinating maintenance of all New Wave equipment, as required
Assist in managing liner and geotextile inventory levels
Review and recommend contractor selection
Data entry and reporting costs

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Superior communication, interpersonal and organizational skills are essential for this position
Candidates must have a flexible schedule, and be able to work overtime when required, and be able to travel to all areas of New Wave's operations, if needed
Able to build relationships with individuals at all levels of the company is mandatory, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 2 years of experiences in the oil and gas industry is an asset
Previous experience working with the set-up/tear-down, and overall familiarity with the modular tank business is an asset
Candidate should also be physically strong, and be able to work with the construction crew as need. Previous experience in the oilfield construction business is an asset.
