The Prince Albert Medical Clinic is seeking to recruit a family physician. This position will assume all duties pertaining to the general practice of medicine with the opportunity for a long term challenging and rewarding career. The physician must be eligible for a license to practice family medicine in Saskatchewan.
As a family physician in our clinic, we are prepared to offer:

- Walk-In Clinic shifts
- Electronic Medical Record (Accuro)
- Backup call at the hospital

- Eligible for the Saskatchewan Medical Association Regional Practice Establishment Grant
Prince Albert is a regional centre with a population of approximately 45,000 however services an area much larger. We are located within a hour of beautiful lake resorts, golf courses, ski trails and great fishing. The Arts Centre in Prince Albert attracts numerous local and national events.
The Prince Albert Medical Clinic has been in existence for over 50 years. It presently houses 6 family physicians and employs 15 associates. Our clinic is located in the Prince Albert Medical Centre along with other medical professionals including a pharmacy, optometrist, urologist, dentist, and an ultrasound facility with a full time radiologist. The building is located within blocks of a well-equipped hospital with specialist backup. The emergency room at the hospital is staffed with full time emergency doctors.
In 2002 the Prince Albert Medical Walk-In Clinic opened in the new Cornerstone Development in Prince Albert. This clinic is operated by the physicians of the Prince Albert Medical Clinic. It is located next to a pharmacy with joining doors, which is staffed with Pharmacists on duty at all times.
In 2004 the Prince Albert Medical Clinic started an Electronic Medical Record. All patient information is recorded in the electronic chart. This electronic chart is available for the physicians at the clinic and the walk-in clinic.
