POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for an Internet Installation Helper to assist Senior Installation Technicians in performing on-site installations. An Internet Installation Helper is responsible for assisting senior technicians in providing quality service to customers in an efficient manner while ensuring safe work practices are being followed. The position will also involve prioritizing of customer requirements and communicating with customers by telephone, email or in person.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Dealing with the general public
Provide front-line representation for the Company
Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers
o Identify customer requirements (i.e. sales, installation or service requirement)
o Assess customer needs (prioritize)
o Complete the installation process, including the processing of all installation-related documentation
Deal with customers in person, by email or by telephone
Maintain work area, service vehicle and customer premise cleanliness
Continually apply safe work practices
SCHEDULE:
Typically, Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
Two 15-minute breaks provided each day
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience:
Computer and/or installation experience an asset
