Supervisor
Some details and responsibilities of the position are to:
- Some Record keeping
- Ensures the implementation of a developmentally appropriate program
Ensures leaders are doing programming and following through with it
Ensure all programming is age appropriate, correct skill level for group, etc.
Ensure schedule is being followed by all group leaders
- Ensure the implementation of an inclusive program and environment
- Act as a positive role model for children
- Provide orientation for new staff and volunteers
- Ensure effective communication with families using a variety of methods
- Address parent concerns in a timely manner with Director
- Encourage and support staff participation in professional and community organizations
- Participate in relevant professional committees and organizations
- Model professional behaviour and act as a role model for staff
- Lead by example in regards to staff and children

Requirements:
- ECE Equivalency of Level 1, 2, or 3 would be an asset, but willingness to take training to obtain education while working is acceptable as well
- Experience in a supervisor role before would be an asset
- Related leadership experience is an asset, but not required
- Must have or be willing to obtain First Aid/CPR C
- Criminal Record Check in the vulnerable sector
