Broadstreet Properties is currently looking for a temporary Leasing Agent to join our team on a 1-year contract in Lloydminster. The Leasing Agent is responsible for leading the leasing experience on site and delivering the Broadstreet standard of customer service in the leasing process. Leasing Agents will be responsible for delivering vacancy targets on assigned properties and delivering required administrative functions to support the leasing process.

Leasing Agents will work in close partnership with the Site Managers to build relationships with current and future clients and support business development in the areas of market research, marketing strategies and vacancy rates to ensure site profitability.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for maintaining a high level of client satisfaction through excellent customer service and communication
- Complete prescreening of applicants including credit check, employment check and rental references for pre-approval to rent and deliver news regarding approved and declined application status
- Book appointments with leads and contact applicants on waiting lists for viewings focusing on closing the sale
- Collect and account for the initial payments made by applicants and new residents
- Provide feedback and make marketing requests as needed to ensure site is maintaining vacancy goals

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of previous sales experience and/or 1 year of previous residential leasing experiencing
- Ability to express enthusiasm in all situations
- Ability to work weekends and non-traditional holidays
- Ability to travel between sites with a reliable vehicle
