Are you an experienced commercial and residential remediation, abatement and construction industry estimator?

got mold?  wants you to be a part of our dynamic, growing team where you will play a major role in providing strategy and overall direction to ensure on-time and on-budget project completion.

What we want you to do:

Develop detailed, preliminary costing and budgets;
Coordinate bid process and work with project team for tender awards;
Identify the true cost of items (labor, material, equipment etc.) at every stage of the process;
Suggest and explore creative value engineering opportunities or innovative products;
Participate in Work in Progress and Percent Complete analysis;
Contribute to and maintain cost databases, sub trade partners, and supplier directories;
Assist with project oversight including cost management and forecasting;
Develop and maintain customer relations for future projects.

What we expect from you:

5+ years of experience in estimating lead, mold and asbestos abatement and Construction projects, knowledge of Canadian and local building codes and construction materials;
Strong supplier relationships and the ability to recommend subcontractors for work;
Post-secondary education in Construction Management
Strong understanding of the commercial construction sector;
Tenacious and diligent in the pursuit of successful project delivery and cost management;
Assist in identification of business development opportunities.
