Description

Reporting to the Agency Manager Dickson Agencies, this position will deliver high quality property and casualty insurance products which meet the needs of our customers. Responsibilities will include:
Development, placement, service and renewal of all insurance lines for our agency with more emphasis around Small Business and Commercial in addition to Personal Lines and Farm
Accountable for supporting agency marketing activities as well as conducting their own individual marketing efforts with the support of the Agency Manager
Responsible for maintaining accurate and up to date files, documenting prospective activities, account status and sales and renewal activities
Conduct interviews with customers, analyze customer needs, both existing and potential, and provide individualized counseling and information regarding Insurance and other financial products and services offered by our Agency
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services offered
