Are you our next Team Member?
We are currently seeking a Mine Maintenance Superintendent at our Colonsay, SK location. The successful candidate is accountable for mine maintenance (capital and operating) budgets, employee safety, and effective maintenance program(planning and execution), assembly, overhaul and installation for all mine mechanical equipment, as well as directing operation of the two underground mechanical repair shops, the underground electrical repair shop.

What will you be working on?
* Coordinating, developing, and enhancing the underground maintenance program, equipment rebuilds, and shutdown schedules, and maintenance budget control.
* Managing, mentoring, and motivating maintenance supervision team (setting goals, employee safety, promoting company/department goals).
* Monitoring and improving underground maintenance processes including workflow, and training based on site KPIs.

What is required for this role?
* Bachelors degree in Engineering, with a major in Mechanical, Mining, Electrical or Civil.
* P. Eng or equivalent.
* 4 years of experience in Engineering and 10 to 15 years of experience in maintenance is preferred.
* 5 years of supervisory experience is required.
* Basic computer skills, work order and accounting computer package system (Empac and Oracle), and Kronos experience.
