What can you expect in this role?
As the Project Coordinator, youll be responsible for the coordination of the maintenance work for all Hillberg & Berk properties to ensure that our buildings, equipment, workplaces and store environments are all running smoothly. Youre a safety guru and safety is always top of mind for you as you consider financial constraints, lead times, special equipment and repair procedures for various projects youre working on.
Were looking for someone who is enthusiastic with great business acumen. Your effective communication and relationship building skills will contribute to building strong networks and relationships with co-workers and external vendors/suppliers.

In this role, youll lead and influence problem-solving. Efficient and organized, you plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of repair and maintenance projects. Working closely with the management team and outside vendors/suppliers, youll ensure flawless execution of projects. Youll gather quotes and provide service and repair information to ensure that projects run smoothly by tracking progress and communicating updates.

Youll shine in this role with your three years of project management and/or supervisory experience and an understanding of carpentry, electrical, dry walling, painting, and HVAC.
