Based out of Estevan, Kelly Panteluk Construction Ltd. (KPCL) is hiring experienced foremen and supervisors for our current season. We have secured work based out of Regina, Coronach, Estevan, Lanigan, and the Warman/ Martensville areas. KPCL provides camp accommodations with meals when required to work away from home. Passing a drug and alcohol test is required upon employment. All wages are based on experience with overtime applicable after 12 hour days or 40 hour weeks.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Experience in managing earthworks and/ or base crews of at least 20+ personnel;
Coordinating personnel and subcontractors;
Working with clients, client representatives and collaborating with Project Engineer;
Knowledge efficient movement of earth and granulars to specifications;
Ability to read and interpret specifications and drawings;
Safely directing personnel on tasks to complete and providing instructions on how to complete tasks;
Identifying and communicating site/ task hazards to crews and following up to check on individuals FLRA cards; and
Providing feedback to HR and Operations Manager on new hire evaluations.
Must have supervision courses and safety leadership training.
