The Co-operators is looking for a Solutions Analyst I in the Strategy and Business Implementation department located in Regina, Sk.

The Solutions Analyst I provides support to business units and external clients regarding business processes and current system applications. The Solutions Analyst I will participate in delivering projects and facilitating business change.

Your Qualifications:
- 2-3 years experience working with business systems in an insurance environment
- White belt lean level or equivalent experience
- Industry related courses; LOMA 280 & LOMA 290
- Understanding of the Business organization, strategies, practices, interactions between lines of business
- Knowledge of department/team processes and systems to effectively represent the business unit.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Insurance product system knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with exposure to MS Project
