Adecco Saskatoon is currently recruiting for an Outside Sales person for our industrial distribution client in Saskatoon.  As one of the leading Industrial product distribution companies across Canada, this permanent full time job opportunity as their dedicated Outside Sales Representative services their Saskatoon client base.  The incumbent will provide Industrial Products solutions to their customers, manage existing business relationships and grow the current customer accounts as well as be responsible for identifying new markets and product opportunities.

Responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to, the following:
-Develop and execute a plan to grow new and assigned accounts;
-Achieve or exceed established sales goals;
-Deliver superior customer experience in order to achieve account retention and growth;
-Build strong, lasting relationships with customers; travelling to customer sites required;
-Develop solutions that will meet or exceed customer requirements.
Qualifications:
-Minimum of 2 years proven success in sales; post-secondary education in a relevant field would be an asset;
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required;
-Must have a valid drivers license (company vehicle provided);
-Industrial Product Knowledge would be an asset;
-Ability to work in a high performance, fast-paced team environment;
-Proactive, motivated, professional self-starter;
-Computer literate, with knowledge of Microsoft Office;
-Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills;
