Help lead the organization in credit policy and process redesign and improvement, and support customer-facing staff by mitigating credit risk and enhancing the customer and employee experience.

What you'll do:
Lead enterprise-wide projects
Design and manage credit policies and procedures
Provide informal leadership to the team on various projects

What we're looking for:
Leader who builds relationships and embraces change
Confident communicator with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Team player with intellectual curiosity who is driven to understand underlying issues

What you'll need:
An undergraduate degree and at least five years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Fluency in both official languages
Understanding of lending policies and risk mitigation
