Description

Administrative Assistant - Reception
Full Time  Mon to Fri  7:30  4:30 (closed 12:00 to 1:00)  Fridays off July & August (unpaid)
This is an entry level position but pay will commensurate with experience
(Successful candidate will be contracted to CNRL as an employee of Holyoke Contracting and Consulting)

Responsibilities:
    Reception first point of contact  greeting visitors
    Answering phone/directing calls
    Directing internal and external mail
    Ordering/maintain inventory of office supplies
    Support for members of the admin team
    Accounts Payable support
    Other duties as required
    Have fun!

Qualifications:
    Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
    Must be detail-oriented, accurate and organized
    Ability to communicate well both verbally & written
    Knowledge and experience with MS Office
    Previous office, oilfield and/or accounts payable experience is an asset
    Pass pre-employment drug screening
