Description

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

- Act as a Knight Dodge Brand Ambassador
- Perform accounting and clerical functions
- Greet and provide excellent customer service to visiting customers and guests through answering questions, offering coffee or water and notifying the appropriate staff member of their arrival
- Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls, providing basic information as required
- Complete various mailing duties including prepare letters and invoices for distribution, arranging couriers and distributing incoming mail
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, ensuring priorities and deadlines are met within a busy office environment with constant interruptions
- Professional demeanour, sound judgement and discretion
- Good eye for detail, strong organizational skills
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
