Lakeview Lodge Personal Care Home, based on the Standing Buffalo Dakota Nation, located approximately 17 km south of Fort Qu'Appelle, Sk. invites all applicants for the position of Finance Human Resources Manager. The Lakeview Lodge Personal Care Home is a unique personal care home that is situated in the beautiful Qu'Appelle Valley.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the overall operations of Lakeview Lodge Personal Care Home. The Manager is responsible for financial operations of the Lodge. A manager working in the office has to be reliable and punctual in attending work. They must keep confidentiality, and follow policy and procedures that are established by Lakeview Lodge Personal Care Home. The Finance Human Resource Manager must maintain professionalism in dress and attitude and have a positive attitude.

Applicant must hold a minimum of a Business Administration Diploma with 3-5 years' experience in the health field or an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Must demonstrate effective leadership ability and demonstrate knowledge of the accounting cycle of a business or organization. Strong management skills are a must.

Additionally, this position requires applicants to possess superior interpersonal and organizational skills, and to be highly motivated. Must have a valid Driver's license and reliable vehicle and be able to provide a CPIC. Should also have Safe Food Handling, Standard First Aid/CPR
