Flip Eatery & Drink is looking for an energetic, organized, team-oriented leader to fill the position of General Manager.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Staff management (hiring, training, scheduling, supervising, conflict resolution, etc.)
- Business management (achieving labour & sales targets, monitoring business trends & proactively implementing new strategies as necessary, etc.)
- Overseeing daily operations and ensuring standards of ownership group are consistently achieved
- Coordinating and executing special events and caterings
- Managing customer and community relationships
- Some bookkeeping
