Elections Saskatchewan is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and general office support for a four (4) month period from August 1, 2017 to November 30, 2017. A start date earlier than August 1 is possible.
Key Responsibilities
Provides general reception duties in head office, including receiving and directing visitors, answering telephones, receiving and arranging for courier shipments, and responding to general email inquiries.
Provides a variety of tasks including as required:
filing, photocopying, mailing, faxing, e-mailing of materials
receiving, screening and recording incoming mail and invoices
distributing/scanning incoming and outgoing correspondence
data entry into various applications to ensure information is available electronically
Skills and Abilities
Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of products is required. Knowledge of a variety of computerized office business machines, office equipment, operating systems and terminology to provide efficient delivery of service.
