Description

Kames Safety Associates is an occupational health and safety consulting firm providing services to the industrial, construction and emergency services industry. We are currently looking for an individual to join our team who is extremely organized, creative, with outstanding interpersonal skills. This position is entry level with opportunities for advancement for a highly motivated individual. This position requires a high degree of written and verbal communication skills when dealing with clients and customers.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
design and maintain databases, social media and website functions
file and retrieve documents and reference materials
conduct research, collect and analyse data to prepare reports and documents
manage and maintain schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events
record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications
receive and interact with incoming visitors
liaise with internal staff at all levels
interact with external clients through meetings, presentations and site visits if required
co-ordinate project-based work, audits, inspections
review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary
supervise, coach and train internal staff, training partners and conduct orientations when necessary
