The Position:
As the Senior Maintenance Worker you will be responsible for maintaining equipment, overseeing contractors, suite restoration, boiler checks, and seasonal grounds duties such as lawn cutting and snow removal. The incumbent is also responsible for painting, as well as basic electrical, carpentry and plumbing repairs.  The Senior Maintenance Worker is responsible for on call duties as assigned.

The Applicants:
Applicants must possess a firemans certificate and a valid Saskatchewan drivers license. Applicants will have several years of proven work experience relating to boiler/ac systems, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and supervising contractors.  Good interpersonal skills and an ability to respond to the needs of LutherCare residents are required.
