Description

Orange Tree Village is the first of its kind in Canada. An Intergenerational Living Community that offers 67 rental living suites for individuals who live mostly independently, 36 licensed personal care home suites (12 specially designed for memory care needs), 80+ licensed daycare spaces, before & after school programming and Village Hub space available for resident and public use that includes a yoga studio, multi-purpose room and creative arts studio.

We are looking for the right person who believes in our mission of improving quality of life through quality care and who can use that passion for what we are doing to create community partnerships, fill our Village Hub Space with diverse programming of interest to our residents, their families and the community, work collaboratively with our recreational services staff, and sell our independent living suites to amazing people.

The right individual for this position will have a proven track record in hospitality & sales, will have a strong desire to work with seniors and children, and must have stellar communication skills.

Responsibilities include:
* Creating and maintaining community partnerships that benefit our Village and the community
Providing first class tours to individuals interested in learning more about our community
* Reporting on conversion rates of inquiries, to tours, to sales
* Continuous tracking of referrals, leads, and new families in our electronic record system
* Staging of common areas and individual rooms to ensure maximum results from sales perspective

Specific education and experience are less important than finding the right person with the right attitude and willingness to learn. However, experience working in hospitality, banquet management, or real estate related sales would be a definite asset.
