Description

Quint is looking for an experienced handyperson for maintenance and repair of existing residential structures. This position contributes to the renovation and/or maintenance of Quint owned property by carrying out general maintenance and repair tasks to provide a safe affordable living environment.

EXPERIENCE:  Minimum five years of experience as a handyperson or in residential maintenance. Previous maintenance experience would be an asset.
Experience as a 'jack/jill of all trades' with jobs such as patching & painting, drywall, hanging doors, flooring, finishing work, minor plumbing and appliance repair.

SKILLS: The ideal candidate will have the following qualities:
Must be proficient at problem solving;
Working knowledge of residential construction process;
Takes ownership of role;
Good attitude; ready to work and learn;
Organized and hardworking;
Be reliable;
Be safety conscious.

ABILITIES:
Ability to assess work required and estimate labour and material costs;
