The Accounting Clerk will be accountable for archiving, data entry, and administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will have experience and possess an ability to:
- Ensure a positive attitude when addressing questions and concerns with park vendors, employees and customers.
- Accurately enter various accounting data as assigned.
- Accurately track all incoming and outgoing mail.
- Perform digital archiving and manual filing tasks as required.
- Assist in monthly inventory counts and with other administrative duties as required.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of budgets for various events.
- Assist in various event coordination tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications and Experience
An interest in accounting or finance is required. Experience and post-secondary education in finance and administration are considered assets. Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook and Word is preferred. A combination of education and experience may also meet the above requirements.
