This is an exciting time for Nelson Motors & Equipment. You may have seen our new shop that is being built in Estevan on hwy 39. We are currently looking for a Shop Foreman.

The Shop Foreman assists in coordinating and directing the workload of the Service Department for maximum efficiency and productivity while providing quality repair work.  They will advise and make recommendations to the Service Manager regarding technician skills and training needs.

The Shop Foreman will assist in coordinating and directing the workload of the Service Department for maximum efficiency and productivity while providing quality repair work.  They will advise and make recommendations to the Service Manager regarding technician skills and training needs. The Shop Foreman will work as a senior technician when not assisting the Service Manager.

As the Shop Foreman you will have had experience working on various farm equipment. You will have Independently performed advanced diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer-owned agricultural and turf equipment.

You may have grown up on a farm and are naturally mechanically minded, have 3 years experience and want to have additional training. We provide opportunities to attend John Deere courses to upgrade your skills. You must be available to work extra hours or be on-call during the busier seasons.
