WHO WE ARE:
ICR Commercial Real Estate provides Property and Asset Management Services to a wide variety of commercial and residential property owners and condominium developments. We are an established company that is rapidly expanding our base of clients and services. We are searching for a highly motivated individual who can utilize their skills to provide maintenance support to our clients and junior maintenance staff.  

WHAT'S THE POSITION:
The Painter - Drywall Installer/Finisher will be part of the ICR maintenance and working on multiple sites of ICR managed properties..  

As the onsite representative for ICR and reporting directly to the Manager of Maintenance, this individual will perform maintenance duties as well as a focus on drywall install/finishing and painting.  Other duties will be assigned as necessary.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
    Experience in painting both residential and commercial projects
    Experience installing and finishing drywall in both a commercial and residential environment.
    Experience with steel and wood framing would be an asset.
    Well organized, works independently with minimal supervision and is mechanically inclined.
    Customer focus and strong communication skills.
    Knowledge and experience of building construction and maintenance an asset.
    Must have basic computer knowledge and be familiar with email/texting
    Valid Class 5 Driver's license
