Front Office Coordinator

Express Employment Professionals is a Staffing & Searching company.  We are currently seeking experienced Front Office Coordinators for a variety of positions for our Regina clients.  There are temporary, temp-perm and permanent placements coming available.  Ideal candidates are self-motivated, can work well under pressure and unsupervised, and demonstrate leadership qualities.  Strong computer and communication skills will also be mandatory requirements.

Some responsibilities will include answering phones, greeting clients and customers, using Excel spreadsheets, use of PowerPoint and Word, and have the capabilities to ensure the front office is running smoothly.  Reliability and dependability are extremely important as is being professional, personable and courteous.

Requirements:

Minimum Grade 12 education with at least some post-secondary education
Previous Administration & some Accounting experience is a must
Proficient working with Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Ability to work well under pressure and unsupervised
Ability to maintain daily front office functions
Able to handle high call volumes
