Microage is a part of a national franchise company.  The MicroAge Network has several locations around the country.  The successful candidate must be superior in communication which will provide a satisfying customer experience. Strong organizational skills is a must.

The following Specific skills are not all required and will be learned 'on the job':
- We will expect our candidate to be able to
identify and recommend data protection and maintenance solutions for optimal pc and networking performance for our customers.
- Scheduling of tasks for computer technicians.
- Assist in project management
- Be able to diagnose and do first level repair on computers, printers and laptops.
- Basic computer set-ups
- Installing software
- Clean installs, virus and malware removal  
- This position is mainly focused in-house however may involve occasional on-site visits to customer work sites.

Preference will be given to those who have:
- Great communication and organizational skills.
- a good basic knowledge of computers, printers and the basic hardware knowledge of each.  

The successful candidate must be bond-able as many of our clients require security background checks to be able to service their operations.

The successful Service Coordinator must be a
continuous learner with a thirst for knowledge to stay up to speed with changing technologies.
