Our ideal candidate must:
-Have 7 or more years of experience in a professional office environment
-Have the ability to multi task
-Have strong written and verbal communication skills
-Have solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and navigating the internet
-Have exceptional organizational, time management and administrative skills
-Understand the importance of accuracy and attention to detail
-Be able to work independently with little instruction
-Contracts experience, legal experience and experience in Simply Accounting and/or Quick Books would be an asset but not required
