Our company is growing and with this growth comes exciting new challenges for the HR division as job classifications evolve to align with the strategic direction of the company. We're looking for an experienced HR professional to join our team for a 2 year opportunity in Regina to research and assess training needs to design, build, implement and evaluate interactive e-learning programs for employees and partners of SGI and its regional operations.
You will collaborate with various stakeholders and identify, recommend and implement engaging web-based course offerings and administer and provide technical support for the learning management system and e-learning related software.
Requirements
Candidates must bring the education and experience to succeed in this unique opportunity after all, we're counting on you. We are looking for candidates who have a bachelor's degree in business administration or commerce specializing in HR. Candidates must hold an adult education diploma or working towards a diploma in adult education. Candidates should have at least three years experience in human resources or adult education. A Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation is considered an asset. Alternative combinations of relevant education and experience may also be considered.
