Perform the overhaul of bakery equipment and preventative maintenance duties.
Perform equipment adjustments and changeovers as required
Cooperate with Rotational shift schedules
Attend required training
Must adhere to all Health and Safety policies and procedures
Skills & Requirements
Certified Industrial Electrician (442A).
Preference given to applicants with refrigeration operator class B certification from TSSA.
Minimum 3 years experience in highly automated environment in food processing.
Familiarity working with mechanics, machine shop practices (lathe & milling machines), welding, (ARC, TIG, MIG), electrical, pneumatic & hydraulic fields is preferred.
Able to work both night shift and weekends
Must have a strong PLC background
Mechanical background would be an asset
Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and effectively meet deadlines
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. (oral & written)
Ability to multi-task and work in a highly organized fashion with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
