Description

CWA Engineers Inc. (CWA) is an industry leading consulting engineering firm that provides services in the mining and minerals, ports and marine terminals, infrastructure, and wood products industries to clients across North America and around the world.

With our expanding client base and growing project needs, CWA is looking for an Intermediate Structural Engineer to join and grow our recently developed Saskatoon regional office.

We are particularly interested in candidates who are well rounded and are motivated to be involved in the complete spectrum of a project.  Responsibilities will include preparation of designs, specifications, technical reports, capital cost estimates, and schedules; field inspections; and coordination with internal and external parties, both for project work and business development.

The ideal applicant will possess the following qualifications:
A Bachelors Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering and eligibility for Professional Registration with APEGS.
5 to 10 years of relevant design experience including familiarity with industrial process buildings, structural support systems for process equipment, and conveying systems.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to complete small structural projects independently.
    Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Schedule flexibility: ability to accommodate occasional evening work, and business travel.

This is a great opportunity for an engineering professional who is seeking to take his or her career to the next level by taking on new challenges within a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment.
