CWA Engineers Inc. (CWA) is an industry leading consulting engineering firm that provides services in the mining and minerals, ports and marine terminals, infrastructure, and wood products industries to clients across North America and around the world.
With our expanding client base and growing project needs, CWA is looking for an Administrative Assistant/ Marketing Coordinator to join and grow our recently developed Saskatoon regional office. Part-time and full-time candidates will be considered.
Responsibilities include writing and editing documents, coordinating marketing initiatives, preparing and coordinating meetings, document control and project filing.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and characteristics:
Post-Secondary graduate, with at least 2 years of work experience.
2 years of proposal/technical writing experience, preferably in the construction or engineering sector.
Experience with general office administration/reception duties.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and ability to multi-task.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook), and experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
Ability to proofread and edit technical documents from various disciplines for consistency in clarity, style and tone, and compliance with technical specifications.
Responsibilities and duties:
Track RFPs and proposals, monitor bid sites and provide updates to management.
Coordinate marketing initiatives in collaboration with management, technical, and administrative personnel.
Establish and maintain templates for presentations, statements of qualifications, project datasheets, and key personnel resumes.
Create marketing collateral for print and web, including brochures and newsletters.
