Description

A professional, self motivated, and positive individual responsible for managing and supervising the operations of the Group Home, subordinates and residents.  Ensures safe work practices.  Responsible in budgeting, scheduling, emergency on call, and performs other management responsibilities.  Works cooperatively within a cohesive management team.  Professional and continuously demonstrates supervisory skills and leadership aptitude.  Develops, implements, and evaluates programs designed to maximize residents' potential and quality of life.
Must posses imagination, patience and tact. Operates various computer programs. must have a valid drivers licence, standard first aid, CPR, Safe Food Handler.
Basic Skills Training, CLSD Level I.,II, and/or III, PART, Positive Behavior Support Training, or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience.
