K.W. Petroleum Services Ltd is a petroleum construction and maintenance company that has been in the industry since 1982 and covers all of the Western Provinces.
The position reports to the Branch Operations Manager and is primarily responsible for all shipping and receiving activity for the branch. The position also entails warehouse and yard organization, some purchasing and minor equipment maintenance. Applicant must have a valid class 5 drivers licence.
This position will mainly interact with our own construction and service departments but there will be some customer interaction as well.

- Prepare bills of lading, invoices and other shipping documents
- Pack goods to be shipped
- Oversee loading and unloading of goods
- Maintain internal record-keeping system
- Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents
- Determine method of shipment
- Affix identifying information and shipping instructions on shipments
