The Canadian Italian Club is now accepting resumes for a line cook or banquet cook. Hours range from part-time to full-time. We are open for lunch Wednesday to Friday and have events on the weekends.
Education and Experience:
- Two years experience in a commercial kitchen is preferred.
- Successful completion of a Safe Food Handling Course, a definite asset.
Requirements:
- Being reliable, responsible, and dependable to ensure the work gets done in a timely manner.
- Ensure that a good standard of hygiene and cleanliness is maintained throughout the kitchen, to meet the required standards of practice.
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic and cooperative.

- Beef

- Salad
- Stocks, soups and sauces
